Its added steam stove enables the user to select between 3 different technologies: Infrared Quartz, Infrared Magnesium or Steam

The hybrid sauna combines two technologies and three choices of sessions.
A steam session for instant relaxation with the effects of high temperature which penetrates the body deeply.
An infrared session with a choice between Magnesium emitters and Full Spectrum Quartz emitters which act differently on the system due to their properties: one promotes sweating and detoxification of the skin, the other mind and body relaxation.
The Dual Healthy sauna includes two types of infrared transmitters - Magnesium and Full Spectrum Quartz - that can be activated according to the results desired: the first promoting sweating as well as skin detoxification and the second musculo-articular relaxation.
Heat in an infrared sauna is lower than in a steam sauna; it varies between 40°C and 60°C.
